Service description
Kappy VPN provides virtual private network (VPN) services to encrypt your internet connection and protect your privacy. The service is provided "as is" and we strive to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Kappy VPN only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service for illegal activities, fraud, copyright infringement, distribution of malware, or to harass others. Violation may result in immediate termination of your account.
Subscription and refunds
Subscriptions are billed according to your selected plan. Annual plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Monthly plans are non-refundable after the first 7 days. Cancel anytime through your account settings.
Limitation of liability
Kappy VPN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
